Cancellation Policy

Since we could have turned down other reservations, we ask that you give us at least 48 business hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. After this time, there will be a 40% cancellation charge that will be subtracted from your refund. Within this window, cancellations of commercial shoots will incur a $500 cost for a full day of work. Photo sessions will go forward as scheduled in the event of a weather postponement, barring heavy rain or snowfall. In the event of precipitation, we may take pictures inside the property and comprehend the work that goes into getting it ready. Nevertheless, if you would want to come back and take outside pictures at the earliest opportunity, there is a $75 revisit cost. As an alternative, we provide the choice to completely reschedule the session for the earliest available time frame at no extra charge. Please be advised that we can issue a complete refund in less than a day. There will be a $50 admin/processing fee beyond this time. Additionally, customers can choose to retain credit for future usage in full, with no reductions.
